Where does AeroBottle® ship to?

We only ship to the United States. Unfortunately, AeroBottle® does not currently ship to international destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free U.S. shipping on any orders!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All credit card orders will ship within one business day and will take no longer than seven business days to be delivered.

How can I track my order?

After your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming the order and tracking number.

What carrier does AeroBottle® use?

We primarily use USPS and FedEx Smart Post.

How does Sales Tax work?

Applicable sales tax will be collected on all orders when required by law.

Is AeroBottle® covered under warranty?

We offer a lifetime limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects. For instance, if your AeroBottle® fails against defects in materials or under normal use, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible to file a claim. If a valid claim is received, we will replace the affected parts or send a new product at no charge.

*This policy does not apply if the damage arises from improper use or failure to follow the instructions related to the product.

What is the AeroBottle® return policy?

If you have purchased a product through www.aerobottleusa.com and would like to return it, please contact us with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions to process your return. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process a return from the time we receive the product. A full-refund will be issued within 30-45 days of purchase.

*Please note that the consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns.
